One on One Coaching
This is the most popular option, and consists of a minimum of a one hour session each time. At least once a week is recommended but not required. This session can be in person, or via Skype or telephone. Call or email for hourly rates.
Immersive Coaching
This is a longer format of coaching where I travel to you for 1-3 days. During this this time, you can customize the areas you need coaching by having me shadow you at work or home so I can identify where you might need help. For example, if you are having trouble staying organized, you are able to show me your home so I can help you form better habits, or if you’re having issues with your business or employees, you can walk me through your day so I can help you assess where you need the most help solving problems. Motivational Speaking
This option is perfect for small businesses, corporate offices, groups interested in personal growth, clubs, gyms, and retreats. Topics can range from How Hardships Can Be Our Best Teachers, Releasing Fear by Diminishing the Power of the Ego, How to Create Discipline in Your Daily Life, Meal Prepping 101, or How to Build a Life Based on Balance, to name a few.
